ကျွန်မဒီစာကို ကျွန်မအဖမ်းခံရရင် နိုင်ငံခြားက သံရုံးများကို ညွှန်ကြားဖို့ ကြိုတင်ရေးပြီး ထုတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်မနဲ့ သမ္မတတို့ကို ဥပဒေနဲ့မညီဘဲ ဖမ်းဆီးလိုက်တာပါ။ ဒီတရားမဝင်အစိုးရက ခန့်အပ်တဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးရော အစိုးရရောကို သင်တို့အသိအမှတ်မပြုဘဲ သင်တို့နေတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတွေကို မြန်မာပြည်ကြီး လွတ်မြောက်ဖို့ ဖိအားပေးကြပါ။ စစ်ရေးအရ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ကို ဖယ်ရှားဖို့ တောင်းဆိုကြပါ။ အာဏာဟူသမျှ တာဝန်အရ ဖီဆန်ကြပါ။

I have been arrested under the false pretext by the military. I have prepared this letter in advance. We (myself and your President) has been unlawfully detained by the military. Please don’t recognise this military government and asked your home country to pressure them and free our country. They may appoint new foreign minister but don’t recognise it and refuse to work with them.
